Return/Cancellation Policy
Most products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full credit or refund. All products must be in their new and unopened original packaging. To start the return process, call us at 800-264-7793 and we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise and provide you with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number which is valid for fourteen (14) days. A valid RGA number must be included with your return. RMI Lubricants, a divsion of Ratermann Manufacturing, Inc., is not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RGA number.

Shipping Policy
Products will ship for the 48 contiguous states only via UPS Ground freight prepaid and add (unless noted otherwise) within 7-14 days after receipt of order. Any customer placing an order to be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico will be contacted with the shipping rates for your order.  For customers ordering from Canada or Mexico, a customer service representative will contact you with the shipping rates for your order. We will not process your order until you respond with acknowledgement of the new shipping charges.
